Moderate

Explore the biggest church in the world located inside the smallest country in the world protected by the oldest army in the world. What more is there to say? Book your tour and learn all about it.

Come meet us at Pausa Caffè, our meeting point, where we will introduce you to your guide.

Embark on a journey through time and history where you will explore the church and what lies beneath it.

Make your way to St. Peter's square and learn all about Nero's Circus and the necropolis that still exists to this day. Did you know that St. Peter, Jesus's apostle, was crucified and buried right under the church?

After you go through the Police Security Check, your guide will take you to the Vatican Caves where you will see St. Peter's Tomb along side all the other papal tombs.

Exit into the church where you will see Michael Angelo's Pietà, Bernini's famous canopy made with 64 tons of bronze recycled from the pantheon and learn about all the mosaics present in the church.

After having visited the chapels inside the Basilica, the tour will end by the entrance of the church, giving you the chance to go back and revisit everything you saw and reabsorb the information you have received, or head to the ticket office and go up to the Dome and see the church from the top and if you're feeling adventurous you can climb the 300 steps for a 360° panoramic view of Rome.
